Customs Ruling Online Search System(CROSS) seems not to be working for now, with constant results coming back as “No documents matched your query, try redefining your search criteria.”
Whatever the problem is on the CBP end, you may use alternative engine custom designed through google. LawCustoms calls it “CROSS Private Substitute“.
It is basically the combination of www.faqs.org/rulings & http://rulings.cbp.gov indexed by google’s servers. Check it out, hopefully it will provide a temporary relief.
