- Relaxed language format for non-reimbursement certificates, filing and protesting the doubling of duties for failure to file.
- CBP EAPA referrals.
- Circumvention determinations practice.
- ADD/CVD Scope Determination Inquiry.
- Tightening of new shipper reviews requiring cash deposits.
